This is a part of a piece of art in the main station of Winterthur. I detected it when I was waiting for the bus. It was strange to look at because it reminded me of street art. I always wonder why "street art" is allowed in special places and is forbidden in the public area. Why do some western civilisations want to control creative energy? Why does creative energy need an official admission?
