Going on hiatus: lavender azalea, sooc

Martin LaBar (going on hiatus) has added a photo to the pool:

This is a shot of one of our azalea flowers, from earlier this year.

Azaleas have those characteristic spots on one of the petals. I don't know what the function of the spots is.

Larger sizes are available, and you can see the anthers close-up in them.
