Food for the bones

I've always had a problem with eating breakfast especially cereals but to maintain strong bones I've had to rethink breakfast. To avoid taking so many calcium tablets I try to consume calcium naturally through my diet to avoid more thinning of my bones. I make my own fresh homemade yoghurt and add oats and banana which I force myself to eat.
