Hagley Park, in central Christchurch during the month of September - if you’re ever staying in the city itself, you only have a short walk to reach this idyllic location.
Try to find time for a ride on a punt, which leave 'The Boat Shed' (adjacent to Hagley Park) 365 days of the year... they’re a great way to relax whilst cruising through the park at a more leisurely pace!
The river passing through the frame is called the Avon, and threads its way across central Christchurch before reaching the Pacific Ocean, here on the east coast of New Zealand's beautiful South Island.
