Today I met a friend when I was standing under a tree finishing my ice cream before taking some shots and he asked me why I was standing there with my camera and my ice cream. I answered by pointing upwards. He then exclaimed that he had never noticed these flowers before.
This incident among many others showed me how much photography and my Project365 have changed my view of the world. Now I notice small things, see the beauty in details and I more frequently change my view point by looking up and down instead of just straight. I notice colors, shadows and the change of seasons more pronounced and I see the unique beauty in each person.
I'm happy that I have undertaken this challenge and I'm grateful for what I learn every day.
