Is the name of Chow Chow Films' entry, for the upcoming inaugural Oak Cliff Film Festival. 14 Dallas area indie filmmakers were given an opportunity last week to screen their work. My friends P.J. and Petre (Chow Chow Films) took the top spot, and get to screen Something Happy at the festival, in June. Congratulations guys!
