What a trip...or two! ;-)

Sylvia...Sometimes has added a photo to the pool:

Set out yesterday for a good hike and look
at the wildlife around...
Hardly 10 minutes into the trail, my right boot ties came undone...my left
foot stepped on it, and when I went to
step forward, was flipped onto my face!
Little Miss Coordination here! lol
Immediately realised more than my pride
had been hurt! (like broken ribs?) but
more important, my camera was dug deep into the red mud & grit!
Cleaned it as best I could and only one
way to find out any damage...
So off I set for the Nature Trail...
Normally I cringe at caged animals, like
zoos? But these have been injured and
would not survive in the wild...
I noticed each area was clean, fresh hay, food, and water...And I was thankful that someone cared enough
to protect them...
Some of the photos will have grey blurs, the fencing, but have to admit I
entered places I wasn't allowed?
