I just got back from 10 days in Hawaii visiting some of my girlfriends family. This shot was taken on our last evening near The Place of Refuge or Pu`uhonua o Honaunau. The lava flow there is absolutely amazing. I could literally walk around for a month and not take the same shot twice. There are so many channels and pools, and waterfalls everytime the surge recedes. It was very hard to pick a spot since I only had one go at it, but this spot just spoke to me. What do you think? Very curious to hear people's thouhgts on this one. Your comments and critiques are always welcome and thanks for looking!
