Today's photo is vegetables. This is roughly the amount of veg I eat daily (minus the garlic bulb!). I usually chop it up finely, throw it into a large bowl, then add my home made dressing to it. I also add quite a few different nuts. The result is something like this. It's absolutely delicious and filling. It will keep you energised far longer than any processed food could.
