I was waiting at a station for a steam train to Trinidad, Cuba and I noticed that a young child was watching me through a slatted window. It took about ten shots to get the focus right on her eyes and also for her to actually look at the camera. However, it is now one of my favourite images of the trip.

corridor from Hemels old town churchyard to the main road. flash thrown casually on the floor to light up the walls, camera slightly heavy on the right hand side ! Shutter speed wayyy too slow to tell what car was driving past (looks like a BMW convertible)
